yea, there will be a few minor new things. but mainly bug fixes

Yes, but don't worry my estimate is 1 − 2 day(s) with minor if not any plugin upgrades.

Seriously, Another update because of 1.2 bugs??? What the heck!!! why didn't they figure all this out when they first released 1.2? Is it really that hard to find these bugs.

Bukkit have joined Mojang this is their first update.... It has bug fixes that have been their since alpha and Minecraft SMP bug fixes with a few new features.
I'm fine with it... it's not going to take long to update to it.
